You’ll want to make sure that you’ve defeated Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon. While it does require you to complete the personal quest of Witch Ranni, we genuinely skipped certain parts and still arrived at the same outcome. Your Tarnished has become the Elden Lord. This shows Leyndell Royal Capital awash in a muted, golden hue, whereupon you’ll see your character sitting on the throne. You can follow the basic campaign structure or tackle several optional bosses along the way. Another backup save may be required for an additional scene, too.
